1. Booking Confirmation
A room enquiry does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.
A booking becomes confirmed only after Varahaswamy Guest Houses has communicated confirmation to the guest through an appropriate communication channel.

A requested change is not considered confirmed until it has been accepted by Varahaswamy Guest Houses.
7. No-Show
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without informing Varahaswamy Guest Houses, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.
Any refund or retention of payment in such circumstances will depend on the terms communicated at the time of booking.
8. Early Departure
If a guest checks out before the originally confirmed departure date, the unused portion of the booking may not automatically qualify for a refund.
Any refund will be considered according to the applicable booking and cancellation terms.
Guests are encouraged to discuss changes with us before making an early departure.
9. Cancellation by Varahaswamy Guest Houses
